Curriculum benchmarking on Outcome-Based Education (OBE) between the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) of Universitas Sumatera Utara and the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FTIK) of UIN Syekh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Padangsidimpuan was strengthened through the signing of an Implementation Agreement (IA) and Memorandum of Agreement (MoA), followed by a visit to the FMIPA USU Chemistry Laboratory to expand collaboration in education, research, and community engagement.

The partnership marks a concrete step in implementing the university's Tri Dharma through collaboration between the Physics Study Program of FMIPA USU and the Bekiung Village Government in the areas of education, research, and community engagement.

A strategic meeting explored the implementation of an international partnership focused on academic mobility, collaborative research, and enhancing the quality of higher education.

The visit by the USU Academic Senate served as an important opportunity to evaluate and strengthen strategic academic initiatives, including OBE curriculum implementation, accreditation, partnerships, and budget planning at FMIPA USU.
