HUMAS FMIPA – The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), held a meeting with faculty leaders and study program management on Thursday, August 6, 2026. The meeting took place in the Meeting Room on the third floor of FMIPA USU, starting at 2:00 p.m. WIB.
The meeting was attended by the Vice Deans, as well as the Heads and Secretaries of Undergraduate, Master’s, and Doctoral Study Programs within FMIPA USU. One of the main agenda items was the signing of Performance Agreements between the Dean and the Heads of Study Programs.
The signing of the Performance Agreements was an important step in strengthening the shared commitment to achieving the faculty’s and study programs’ performance targets and outcomes. Through this commitment, each member of the leadership team is expected to carry out their roles and responsibilities optimally in support of FMIPA USU’s strategic objectives.
The meeting also served as an opportunity to strengthen coordination between faculty leadership and study programs in implementing various work programs. The resulting synergy is expected to contribute to improvements in governance, education quality, and the sustainable achievement of FMIPA USU’s performance targets.
In addition to the signing of the Performance Agreements, the meeting also addressed other matters considered necessary to support the implementation of tasks and activities within FMIPA USU.
Through the signing of the Performance Agreements, FMIPA USU continues to promote a focused, measurable, and performance-oriented work culture aimed at strengthening institutional quality.
