Registration For The 2026/2027 Djarum Scholarship Plus Program Is Now Open | Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Universitas Sumatera Utara

HUMAS FMIPA – Universitas Sumatera Utara invites all outstanding students currently in their fourth semester to participate in the selection process for the 2026/2027 Djarum Foundation Scholarship Plus Program.

The Djarum Scholarship Plus Program is an achievement-based scholarship program that provides added value for its recipients (Beswan Djarum). In addition to financial assistance, the program focuses on developing high-quality human resources through various leadership and soft skills training programs.

Scholarship Benefits

Recipients of the scholarship will receive:

Scholarship Fund: IDR 1,000,000 per month for one year (November 2026 – October 2027 period).
Development Programs: Special training programs including Character Building, Leadership Development, Nation Building, Competition Challenges, and International Exposure.

Applicant Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Undergraduate (S1) or Applied Bachelor’s Degree (D4) students currently in Semester IV
Open to students from all fields of study
Minimum GPA of 3.00 in Semester III and able to maintain it through the end of Semester IV
Actively involved in organizational activities both on and off campus
Not currently receiving another scholarship

JPG/PNG Format (Maximum 500 KB):

4x6 color passport photo (wearing university blazer)
Student ID Card (KTM)
National ID Card (KTP)
Certificate stating the applicant is not receiving another scholarship (issued by the university or faculty)

PDF Format (Maximum 1 MB):

Legalized academic transcript (up to Semester III)
Certificates of organizational involvement, committee participation, or achievements

Selection Schedule

Registration Period: April 8 – June 10, 2026
Document Screening: June 11 – June 29, 2026
Online Written Test: July 1 – July 14, 2026
Offline Written Test & Interview: July 20 – September 26, 2026
Announcement of Results: October 1, 2026
