FMIPA PUBLIC RELATIONS — The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), held a meeting with faculty leaders and study program administrators on Thursday, August 6, 2026. The meeting took place in the FMIPA USU Meeting Room on the third floor, starting at 14:00 WIB and continuing until completion.

The meeting was attended by the Vice Deans, as well as the Heads and Secretaries of Undergraduate, Master's, and Doctoral Programs within FMIPA USU. One of the main agenda items was the signing of the Performance Contracts for the Dean and Heads of Study Programs.

The signing of the performance contracts was an important step in strengthening the shared commitment to achieving performance targets and outcomes at both the faculty and study program levels. Through this commitment, each member of the leadership is expected to carry out their roles and responsibilities optimally in support of FMIPA USU's strategic objectives.

The meeting also provided an opportunity to strengthen coordination between faculty leaders and study programs in implementing various work programs. The synergy established is expected to support continuous improvements in governance, education quality, and overall performance at FMIPA USU.

In addition to the main agenda of signing the performance contracts, the meeting also discussed other matters considered necessary to support the implementation of duties and activities within FMIPA USU.

Through the signing of these Performance Contracts, FMIPA USU continues to promote a work culture that is focused, measurable, and oriented toward performance achievement and institutional quality improvement.
