As part of the reform in managing ASN employee performance, particularly within FMIPA USU, the FMIPA USU HR team held a socialization event on ASN employee performance management on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at the Multipurpose Hall, 1st Floor, Unit 1, FMIPA. The event was attended by Vice Dean I (Dr. Fatimah Zuhrah, M.Si), Vice Dean II (Dr. Susilawaty, M.Si), heads and secretaries of study programs, the head of the personnel subdivision, lecturers, and administrative staff within FMIPA.

“As employees, we need to understand how to develop performance indicators or measures of individual success that will later reflect the expectations of the leadership (Dean) in achieving faculty performance,” said Dr. Susilawaty during the event’s opening remarks. She also expressed her hope that the results of employee performance identification (outputs or services) that support faculty performance achievement could be distributed among employees, making it clear who does what. Furthermore, alignment between faculty performance and the performance of lecturers and administrative staff at FMIPA is expected.

The FMIPA HR team, represented by Meyman Sokhi Ziliwu, S.Kom, M.Kom, presented the Employee Role Matrix (MPH) and Employee Performance Targets (SKP) based on PermenPANRB No. 6 of 2022. “There are several points of change from PermenPANRB No. 8 of 2021 to PermenPANRB No. 6 of 2022,” said Meyman. These changes include the scope, stages, work behavior, work behavior standards, SKP format, performance assessment, the relationship between functional position SKP, and credit scores.
