FMIPA PUBLIC RELATIONS - TALENTA Training for Staff in the Environment of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Sumatera Utara by the Bureau of Human Resources (HR) USU on Monday, August 19, 2024 in the Multipurpose Room Unit 8 FMIPA USU.

In her remarks, the Dean of FMIPA USU, Prof. Dr. Nursahara Pasaribu, M.Sc, hopes that the implementation of this TALENTA Training can motivate staff in the FMIPA USU environment to implement the value of BINTANG in life and work culture.

This was followed by remarks by the Head of the Human Resources Bureau (HR) USU, Dra. Syafnita Hanura Silalahi, M.S.P. “TALENTA training is expected to implement the main values of BINTANG for all academicians in the Universitas Sumatera Utara,” she said.

This training’s speakers were Dr. Nurman Achmad, S.Sos., M.Soc.Sc, who presented the material “Application of BINTANG BerAKHLAK values for Staff in the USU Environment” and Juli Agustini, S.E., who presented the material “Excellent Service Communication Techniques for Staff in the USU Environment.” Juli Agustini, S.E., closed the activity with a role-play.
