The signing of the Performance Contract between the Dean and the Head of the Study Program was held in the Multipurpose Room of FMIPA USU on Friday, March 18, 2022, starting at 09.00 WIB. This activity was attended by the Dean, Deputy Dean I, Deputy Dean II, Deputy Dean III, and the Head and Secretary of Diploma Study Program (Chemistry, Physics, Statistics, Metrology and Instrumentation, Mathematics), Head and Secretary of Undergraduate Study Program (Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Biology) and Head and Secretary of Master's/Doctoral Study Program (Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Biology). The event began with singing the Indonesia Raya Song, then reading a prayer by Mr. Syahrizul Siahaan, A.md.
The Dean of the Faculty of FMIPA USU, Dr. Nursahara Pasaribu, M.Sc.said several important things in the performance achievement, among others, regarding partner cooperation, KPI 3 with an emphasis on lecturers doing off-campus activities, KPI 4 Practitioners who teach on campus, MBKM activities, study program accreditation, student graduation, improvement of study program administration, Zi and WBK.
The event continued with the signing of the Performance Contract between the Dean and all Heads / Secretaries of the FMIPA USU Study Program. Each head of each study program signed a performance contract that had been submitted and supported the dean's performance contract with the rector in accordance with the USU Strategic Plan 2020-2024.
“The signing of this Work Contract is a guide and strategy in carrying out activities in each study program in FMIPA USU so that the IKU coverage can be fulfilled properly,” explained Nursahara.
