PKKMB (Introduction to Campus Life for New Students) is an initial activity for every new student on all higher education campuses throughout Indonesia, this activity aims to introduce campus life to new students. The PKKMB program is an institutional program not a student program, therefore PKKMB is the responsibility of the college leadership with a committee involving elements of college leadership, lecturers, education staff, and students.
PKKMB FMIPA USU is filled with material about the introduction of campus life both academic and non-academic accompanied by national insight, awareness of state defense, prevention, control and abuse of drugs, and reducing radicalism with the right method, the implementation of PKKMB is focused on maturing and learning efforts in an orderly manner and there is no verbal, physical or mental violence in the FMIPA USU environment.
PKKMB, chaired by Dr. M.Taufik, M.Si, was held in 2 days, Thursday and Friday, August 12-13, 2021 through Youtube University and Zoom Faculty. This activity is expected to strengthen the relationship between new students and seniors, employees and lecturers in the FMIPA USU environment.
