FMIPA PR – FMIPA USU once again recorded a proud achievement at the 2025 Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) Best Archival Management Assessment. In the appreciation event organized by USU Archives, FMIPA USU successfully received awards as Best Faculty, Best Work Unit, and Best Archivist.
This achievement affirms FMIPA USU’s commitment to realizing professional, orderly, and nationally standardized archival governance. Through strong synergy between faculty leadership, archival managers, and all work units, FMIPA USU has succeeded in developing an effective, transparent, and easily accessible archival management system.
In his remarks, the faculty leadership stated that this award serves as tangible evidence of FMIPA USU’s seriousness in supporting the improvement of administrative services and document governance as part of good university governance. This achievement also serves as motivation for the entire academic community to continue enhancing service quality and archival management in the future.
FMIPA USU expressed its appreciation to all teams who worked hard, especially to the archivists who received awards in the individual category. This success is expected to inspire other faculties and work units within USU to continue innovating and strengthening a culture of orderly archival management.
With this achievement, FMIPA USU further reinforces its position as one of the faculties with the best governance at USU, while strengthening its commitment toward excellent, accountable, and sustainable administrative services.
