Terms and Conditions – Karya Salemba Empat (KSE) Scholarship 2025/2026
- Active undergraduate students at Universitas Sumatera Utara.
- Not currently receiving any other scholarships.
- Unmarried applicants.
- Outstanding academic performance and active participation in social activities.
- Must complete all required data and upload documents on the official Karya Salemba Empat (KSE) Scholarship website.
Karya Salemba Empat (KSE) Scholarship 2025/2026 – Benefits and Allowance
- A living allowance of IDR 750,000 per month, renewable up to the 8th semester.
- Membership in KSE USU and KSE Nusantara communities.
- Access to various Leadership Programs, Workshops, and Coaching.
- Opportunity to participate in Technology For Indonesia (TFI), research training, design and development, and technology innovation for Indonesia.

Community development programs in several KSE USU fostered villages.
- Networking opportunities with scholars from across Indonesia.
Required Documents for Karya Salemba Empat (KSE) Scholarship 2025/2026
- Close-up and full-body photos wearing the Universitas Sumatera Utara alma mater jacket with a white background.
- Photocopies of National ID Card (KTP), Student ID Card (KTM), and Family Card.
- Salary slip or parent/guardian income statement.
- Academic transcript.
- Latest electricity bill.

Recommendation letter or statement confirming that the applicant is not receiving any other scholarships.
