Indonesian citizen
Active S1 (Bachelor) or D4 (Applied Bachelor) student, minimum in the 3rd semester
Minimum GPA of 3.00
Priority given to students from economically disadvantaged (underprivileged) families
Must not be receiving scholarships from Universitas Sumatera Utara or any other institution (proven violations will be sanctioned)
Active in organizations either inside or outside the university
Demonstrated academic and/or non-academic achievements

Copy of Student ID Card (KTM) or screenshot of academic portal
Copy of Family Card (KK)
Copy of most recent academic transcript (KHS)
Copy of the last 3 months of electricity bills
Latest Certificate of Financial Hardship (SKTM) issued and signed by the Village Head/Sub-district Head or
Latest Parental Income Statement signed by the Village Head/Sub-district Head or
Parent’s recent salary slip from their employer
Statement letter confirming the applicant is not receiving any other scholarship (via Sila USU)

Proof of membership in any organization/student activity unit (if available)
Copies of certificates/awards from competitions or achievements (if any)
The scholarship provides IDR 850,000 per month, disbursed every 3 months via the university. The scholarship period is August 2025 to July 2026.
The online registration form must be completed, and all required documents must be submitted in a blue folder to the Directorate of Student Achievement and Alumni Affairs no later than May 21, 2025, at 15:00 WIB.
