Deduction of Tuition Fee Payment for Final Semester Students of Undergraduate and Diploma Programs

A 50% deduction of the tuition fee amount can be requested in the following ways:

1. Students pay tuition fee during the payment period for the odd semester 2024/2025
2. Make a request letter with the destination to the faculty by attaching:

  • Proof of tuition fee payment (payment is made at the old tuition fee nominal)
  • Study plan card for the current semester 
  • Student account number

If the payment exceeds the predetermined time, the 50% tuition refund cannot be processed.
