FMIPA PR - The visit of the Malaysian Analytical Science Association (ANALIS) to the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) was held at the Multipurpose Room 1st Floor Unit 8 FMIPA USU Medan, Wednesday (21/02/2024).
The Analytical Science Association of Malaysia (ANALIS) is one of the largest and earliest science associations established in 1993 in Malaysia. ANALIS has more than 1000 academics from various universities in Malaysia with various scientific fields. Since its establishment in 1993, ANALIS has been very active in carrying out scientific activities such as academic publications, conferences, webinars, workshops and community service.
In this meeting, Prof. Dr. Miswar Budi Mulya, S.Si, M.Si as Vice Dean III representing the Dean of FMIPA USU Prof. Dr. Nursahara Pasaribu M.Sc, accompanied by Vice Dean I Dr. Cut Fatimah Zuhra S.Si., M.Si, Vice Dean II Dr. Susilawati S.Si., M.Si. along with the head of the Study Program and Head of Laboratory FMIPA USU warmly welcomed the arrival of the Malaysian ANALIS Team consisting of Prof. Chm. Dr. Mohd Basyaruddin Abdul Rahman as President of Analyst accompanied by Dr. Sharil Fadli Mohamad Zamri, Dr. Mardiana Binti Saaid and Prof. Madya Dr. Norzahir Sapaw.
The activity began with an introduction to the USU Profile delivered by Vice Dean I Dr. Cut Fatimah Zuhra S.Si., M.Si and continued with an introduction to the Analyst Profile delivered by Dr. Sharil Fadli Mohamad Zamri.
The activity continued with a question and answer discussion and the giving of souvenirs from both parties symbolically by the President of Analysts accompanied by the team and Vice Dean III who was accompanied by Vice Deans I and II. The activity ended with a group photo with all the guests present.
