FMIPA USU – Medan

Based on Rector USU Letter Number 16227/UN5.1.R/SDM/2023 dated October 6, 2023, regarding the Implementation of the Workshop on Updating USU Lecturer Data on SISTER, FMIPA organized a workshop to update lecturer profile data with assistance from USU's Human Resources Bureau. The event was held on Thursday (October 12, 2023), from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at the Multipurpose Room, Unit 8, 1st Floor, FMIPA USU Medan. It was attended by the Dean of FMIPA, Prof. Dr. Nursahara Pasaribu, M.Sc., Vice Deans, Heads and Secretaries of Undergraduate, Master’s, and Doctoral Programs, as well as all lecturers within FMIPA USU.

The keynote speaker and workshop mentors were from USU's Human Resources Bureau, including Muhammad Delfi Harahap, S.E. (Head of Educator Section at the HR Bureau), along with other mentors: Nurul Indah Saraswati, S.I.Kom., Dara Reigina Safitri, S.H., Muhammad Fachrurrozi, S.H., Almira Retna Ananda, S.A.B., and Agoes Riyanto Tarigan.

The Dean of FMIPA, Prof. Dr. Nursahara Pasaribu, M.Sc., highlighted the importance of this workshop, emphasizing that the transition from conventional credit recognition to integrated credit recognition through SISTER requires all lecturers to update their data. "Regulation of the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) No. 1 of 2023 must be adhered to by all lecturers to avoid obstacles and errors in calculating credit scores," said Prof. Sahara.

Muhammad Delfi Harahap, S.E., explained the specific data update process for personal profiles on SISTER Cloud. “Please don’t forget to click the ‘Submit Data Changes’ button on the columns where data changes are proposed,” Delfi concluded.

The participating lecturers showed great enthusiasm and interest in the workshop. They expressed their gratitude for the friendly and skilled mentors from USU's Human Resources Bureau, who provided guidance and hands-on practice in utilizing the features of SISTER Cloud.
