FMIPA USU - Medan
The 4th Deliberation of the Alumni Association of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Sumatera Utara (IKA FMIPA USU) was held in the Multipurpose Room of FMIPA USU, on Saturday, September 17, 2022.
The event was opened by MC Liana Dwi Sri Hastuti S.Si., M.Si, PhD, and continued by singing the Indonesia Raya song by all participants of the deliberation.
Then the event continued with the reading of prayers by Dr. M. Sontang Sihotang, S.Si., M.Si. and remarks by the Head of IKA FMIPA USU 2018-2022 AKBP (Ret) Dr. Jonius Hutabarat, S.Si, M.Si.
On that occasion, the Dean of FMIPA USU, Dr. Nursahara Pasaribu, M.Sc expressed his support and hope that the 4th Deliberation of IKA FMIPA USU would become the spirit capital of the IKA FMIPA USU 2022-2026 Management to move forward compactly so that alumni move forward, alma mater moves forward, and FMIPA USU moves forward.
Representing the Head of PP IKA USU, Chairul Munadi, S.H, M.H in his remarks, hoped that in this deliberation, especially to the Committee and the alumni who had attended, be able to jointly build a network to alumni which would be an asset in building strength to achieve alumni progress and help the beloved alma mater USU Campus. He also opened the 4th IKA FMIPA USU Deliberation.
In the 4th Deliberation, Ir. H. Heri Batangari Nasution, M.Psi for the 2022-2026 service period, was elected by acclamation as Head of IKA FMIPA USU replacing the previous Head 2018-2022, AKBP (Purn) Dr. Jonius Hutabarat in the Deliberation on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at the FMIPA Hall, USU Campus Medan.
In his remarks as the new Head of IKA FMIPA, Ir. H. Heri Batanghari Nasution, M.Psi also hopes that in the future, IKA FMIPA USU will become a professional institution or forum for all alumni of the USU Faculty of Mathematics and Science. "We also hope that the alumni of FMIPA USU will oversee our steps in making IKA FMIPA USU a professional and dignified organization and have a high spiritual level among each individual alumnus.
The activity ended with a group photo of the participants of the 4th IKA FMIPA Deliberation together with the Dean of FMIPA USU.
