FMIPA USU held a retirement ceremony for education staff who will retire on September 30, 2024. The event was attended by faculty leaders and was filled with remarks, souvenirs, and group photos.
Retirement is a period of termination of duties that for some employees or lecturers is not easy to face. Entering retirement age is a situation that everyone must face.
On Monday, September 30, 2024, the Education Personnel of FMIPA USU held a Retirement Release event for education personnel who will retire, located in the Multipurpose Room 1st Floor Unit 8 FMIPA USU. In this event, three of the six education personnel who will retire were present. The education staff who will retire are Sarwanti, Yusfah, Uliner Nainggolan, Ir. Abdi Gunawan, Rusli Lubis, and Yusrizal.
The event was opened by the MC, Dewi Kemala Sari, S.Sos., and continued with remarks from the Faculty Leader represented by Vice Dean II, Dr. Susilawati, S.Si., M.Si. In his remarks, Vice Dean II expressed his gratitude for the dedication and dedication of the education staff who will enter retirement. “Thank you to fellow education personnel of FMIPA USU who will enter retirement. I hope that after you retire, hopefully, you will always be given health and smoothness in carrying out new activities and activities. Hopefully, communication between employees who are still active and those who have retired will continue to be well established,” he said.
On the same occasion, the Head of Administration of FMIPA USU, Zulkhairi Nasution, S.Sos., M.A.P., gave a speech representing the education staff. “My hope, to those of you who will enter retirement, may you always be given health, and most importantly, our communication should not be interrupted,” he hoped.
The event then continued with the giving of souvenirs and closed with a group photo session and handshakes.
