In order to implement the Merdeka Belajar - Kampus Merdeka program, Research, and Community Service, FMIPA USU signed an MoA with the Sayur Matua Village Government on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at the Multipurpose building lt.1. The Village Government, represented by the Village Head Lawali Hasibuan and his entourage, really appreciated this activity to advance Sayur Matua Village and facilitate FMIPA in terms of MBKM.

Also present was the secretary of LPPM USU, Meutia Nauly S.Psi., M.Si., a Psychologist, at an institution that helped facilitate the creation of the MoA.
