FMIPA USU - Medan
FMIPA lecturer in the Chemistry Study Program, Prof. Rikson Siburian, Ph.D carried out World Class University 2022 activities, which were held for 9 days, 14-22 October 2022.
The first program carried out was Discussion and Fine Tuning Draft Publication on Friday, 14 October 2022, at Hotel Adimulia. Then continued with the Finalisation Discussion of the Draft Publication for 2 days, 15-16 October 2022.
On Monday, 17 October 2022, at the Grandika Hotel, a WCP Seminar was held with the title "Ionic Liquids: Synthesis, Applications, Business, and Digital University" with speakers Prof. Dr. Yatimah Alias (University Malaya) and Elfin Mual Sinambela (Founder tecnacloud.id & sicoding.id). Also present was the Dean of FMIPA, Dr. Nursahara Pasaribu, M.Sc, who gave a speech.
On the second day, the event continued with FGDs with resource persons Prof. Dr. Yatimah Alias and USU Vice Rector III Prof. Dr. Poppy Anjelisa Zaitun Hasibuan S.Si., M.Si., Apt.
Then the event continued with the Workshop "Electrochemistry: Fundamental Applications" with speakers Prof. Dr. Yatimah Alias and Ronn Goei, Ph.D (Nanyang Technological University).
The series of events was closed with a Guest Lecture entitled "Academic Mobility Exchange: UM - USU" and was held at Grandika Hotel on Friday, 21 October 2022.
