FMIPA PUBLIC RELATIONS — Universitas Sumatera Utara once again opens valuable opportunities for students through the PT Adaro Indonesia Scholarship Program 2026–2027. The program is organized in collaboration with YABN and YPKAAR with the aim of supporting students’ educational continuity while encouraging academic and non-academic achievement.
Scholarship registration officially opened on May 1 and will continue until June 30, 2026. Students who pass the selection process will receive financial assistance of IDR 850,000 per month, distributed every three months through the university. The scholarship program will run for one year, from August 2026 to July 2027.
The scholarship is intended for active undergraduate (S1) or applied bachelor’s (D4) students who are at least in their third semester and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00. In addition, the program prioritizes students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. However, students who actively participate in organizations and demonstrate academic or non-academic achievements will also receive additional consideration during the selection process.
As part of the application process, students are required to submit several documents, including a photocopy of their student ID card, family card, latest academic transcript, and a certificate of financial hardship or proof of parents’ income. Applicants must also complete the online registration form through the provided link. Completed documents must then be submitted in a blue folder with clear identification details.
The program also provides opportunities for renewal recipients with simpler requirements, such as re-submitting the application form and attaching the latest legalized academic transcript.
